What are Graft-A-Lash Eyelash Extensions?
Silk fibers are attached to your natural lash resulting in longer, thicker lashes that look natural and glamorous.

How long do they last?
The life of your natural lash.

What are they made of?
Silk Fibre.

How do they feel when wearing them?
So light you can't feel them.

How long does it take to graft the lashes?
Around 1 hour for a full set and 35mins for a half set

How long do the lashes last?
Applied properly, lashes will last the life of your natural lash – up to 6 to 8 weeks. Sometimes lashes may last longer with the proper after care.

How often do I need to come back for infills?
For the first month you will need to have your lashes checked every 2 weeks, then you should have them checked every 3 weeks. The reason for this is that your eyelash growth cycles vary, and your lashes are constantly being shed and replaced. Your technician needs to see you regularly in the first 4 weeks after grafting to become familiar with your lash growth cycle, as no two people are the same. Maintaining this vigil will provide an optimum appearance.

Can I get them wet, shower, swim, exercise or visit a spa?
You may continue with your normal life style - bathing, swimming , using a spa or living in a humid climate will not affect the lashes.

How do I care for my lashes?

Avoid vigorously rubbing eyes
Do not use lash curlers
Be aware when sleeping not to lie on lashes, as pressure for a long period will crease them
Remove eye make up gently with an oil free remover

Can I wear Mascara or use make-up remover?
You may wear water solulable mascara and we have this available to purchase at Venuscentre.

Do not use waterproof mascara as this requires an oil based product to remove and can affect the adhesion of you lashes. Remember that constant use of mascara will shorten the life of lashes as it breaks the bonds of glue.

Are only Black lashes available?
NO!! We also offer blue and purple – these look fantastic, particularly if you have blue or green eyes or prefer to wear blue mascara. Although these lashes are viewed as more permanent, the colors are fabulous for special events.

Can I get my eyelashes tinted at the same time?
You may have a lash tint prior to grafting.

How often should I get touch-ups, and how much is it?
If you are serious about having the lashes on permanently you should revisit your technician every 3 to 4 weeks for infills. These range in price from $30 to $40 depending on the lashes required.

Is it safe?
There are risks associated with all lash treatments – our highly trained technicians will explain the treatment in full before proceeding. There are minimal risks associated with lash grafts, particularly when lashes are grafted by a trained technician. A consent form must be completed prior to treatment.
