Will waxing hurt?

Waxing, especially Brazilian waxing can be daunting, however utilizing the properties of soft wax; Ligia has the expertise and experience to provide treatment that is as comfortable as possible. She can also apply topical numbing cream to the area prior to treatment to reduce any discomfort. Here at VenusCentre, we believe that beauty should be as pain free as possible.

Is there a science to waxing?

Yes! Ligia's technique in facial waxing promotes symmetry and enhances facial characteristics. Ligia uses measurements to accurately define the natural lines of the face and waxes eyebrows to create a very desirable finish.

I've never had a Brazilian before - why do it?

The difference with traditional Brazilian waxing is that the hair in the groin area is completely removed. This reduces bacterial growth and moisture, so the area is completely clean and fresh.

How long will it take?

A full Brazilian wax at the VenusCentre will take from 20 to 30 minutes depending on hair type and density. See our brochure for both prices and the approximate time required for each treatment.

Is there any after care required?

We urge you to use home care as the bikini and other areas are sensitive and prone to ingrown hairs. We can offer a great range of products for home use.
